Homezini started as a result of friends & family in different markets asking real estate broker Thomas Schultz to help them find the most qualified real estate agent to sell their home. Their needs ranged from a million dollar equestrian estate outside of Austin to suburban homes in various parts of North Dallas.

Since there was not a good source to research & compare agents based on unbiased performance, Thomas set out to create a better way to help others quickly identify the top agents for their neighborhood. Since there are literally thousands of agents, it's hard to sift through the bogus reviews and paid advertisements to find the best agent with proven experience in their neighborhood.
